Dr Soo-Keat Lim

Dr Lim graduated with an MBBS from the University of Sydney in 1966 and has behind him vast experience in family medicine, both in Australia and overseas. Since embarking on a career in cosmetic medicine some 14 years ago, Dr Lim has acquired commanding experience in a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. His speciality is tumescent liposculpture performed under local anaesthetic, a technique he was taught by Dr Jeffrey Klein, one of the most experienced and famous microcannular liposuctionists in the USA.

A strong believer in, and advocate of, promoting the benefit of a strong united body to represent cosmetic doctors, Dr Lim is very involved with The Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS), being not only a fellow of the faculty of Medicine of the ACCS, but also a council member and its current treasurer. His other memberships include the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia and The Australian College of Phlebology.

Recently awarded a Diploma of Lipoplasty by the ACCS, Dr Lim is also currently a mentor and examiner in the College's Diploma of Liposuction Program.

Dr Lim takes a holistic approach to the issues brought to him by his patients and he always holds his patients in the highest regard. With his humble approach and affable nature, he is able to quickly put his patients at ease as he assesses their needs. He is a strong believer in the principle of less is more and, what's more, he practices it: throughout his professional career, he has always under-promised and consistently over-delivered.
Dr Lim is well known for his expertise in body sculpting using liposculpture, facial remodelling with injectable fillers and muscle relaxants, treatment of active acne using blue light and acne scars with the needling technique, as well as sclerotherapy for varicose and spider veins.

Passionate about a harmonious and socially cohesive Australia, Dr Lim is President of the Chinese Australian Forum, non-profit and non-government funded organisation that aims to build bridges amongst the various cultural groups in our communities.

Nita is passionate about her work and enjoys assisting people to obtain their aesthetic goals.

She has worked alongside Dr Soo-Keat Lim at the Ashbrooke Vein and Cosmetic Centre for the past 10 years assisting him with Pre and Post Operative Liposculpture Care.

A skilled injector, she assesses your needs in a wholistic manner. She believes with facial rejuvenation, that volume has to be restored, lines addressed and skin revised to complete the makeover. A believer in natural restoration, enhancing your features and not causing distortions of features. Her technique with lip augmentation is soft and natural, and she is a perfectionist with balance and evenness. She is known to have an eye for detail and works with the client to achieve desired but realistic results. A trainer for Australia Medical Scientific, she trains doctors and nurse injectors the artistry of injecting Radiesse.

Acne is a skin disorder that she has tremendous success controlling, and will design a program based on your skin. She individualizes your protocol by using an ultrasonic dermasound machine and cosmeceutical grade GLYMED PLUS products.

Since becoming exposed to cosmetic medicine in August 2009, Dr Tan was determined to become one of the most professional and competent aesthetic physicians. Dr Xu graduated from University of NSW in 2003, and he is a fellow of the Australasian College of cosmetic surgery. He has trained with leading experts in various areas of cosmetic medicine and surgery.

Dr Xu specialises in liposculpture, hair transplant surgery, suture lift, blepharoplasty, and cosmetic medicine (anti-wrinkle injection, dermal fillers, vein injection, and lasers).

Dr Xu is very passionate about his work, he believes every patient is unique, and treatments are tailored to individual patient needs.
